Democracy is the subject of intense scholarly and public debate in the United States and around the world. At regular intervals, this online discussion series will bring together international experts working on the past and present of democracy worldwide. It was initiated by Christina Morina (Bielefeld University/New School for Social Research). Ute Frevert, President of the MWS, will moderate the first event.
